Shoes may be tried on briefly on a clean, soft surface solely to check size and fit. Any use beyond this, or signs of wear, may lead to refusal of the return or a partial refund. Additionally, if the blue paint on the sole shows any sign of wear, the shoes will not be eligible for return.
The return right applies to the product as a single, complete unit. Partial returns of components or accessories are not accepted.
Return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or related charges, are the customer's responsibility.
Until the goods are received and inspected at our facility, the shipment remains under the customer's responsibility and risk. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
